Turn any PDF invoice into a valid XRechnung, Peppol or Factur-X e-invoice

Your German, French, Belgian or Polish customers are starting to reject PDFs. Upload the invoice you already send, check the details, and download a structured e-invoice that passes the same validator their accounts departments use.

How it works

Upload the PDF you already send (or paste the text, or fill in the form). We read the invoice number, dates, parties, VAT numbers, IBAN and lines.
Check the details on one page. Anything we were unsure about is highlighted. Add the two or three fields e-invoices need that PDFs usually don't (the buyer's electronic address, a contact phone number).
Download XRechnung 3.0, Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 or Factur-X, each checked against the EN 16931 rules and, for XRechnung, the German KoSIT rules, with a plain-English fix for every failed check.

Formats

XRechnung 3.0

Required by German public bodies since 2020 and increasingly requested by German companies ahead of the 2027–2028 ban on unstructured invoices.

Peppol BIS Billing 3.0

The format Belgium mandates, most EU countries accept, and the UK has chosen for 2029.

Factur-X / ZUGFeRD

A normal-looking PDF with the structured data embedded. Accepted in France and Germany; your customer sees the same invoice as before.

Who this is for

UK freelancers, agencies and small exporters who invoice EU businesses from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage, Word or an invoicing template, and who have been asked for "an XRechnung", "a Factur-X" or "a Peppol invoice". If you already send Peppol invoices from your accounting software, you don't need this.

Pricing

Ten conversions are free and signing up needs only an email address, no card. After that, Starter is £9 a month for unlimited conversions, Pro adds Peppol delivery, and the API plan is for developers and agencies. Nothing to pay during the beta.
